Oksana and Dmitry Tchernyshev are initiators and pioneers of salsa movement in Krasnodar. 
In May 2004 the first training was held in the Club and there were only 8 people in the first group!...
For 2 years the Club has turned into salsa movement in Krasnodar.
In March 2006, Oksana and Dmitry Tchernyshev were awarded as “Opening of the Year”,(2005)» at the annual ceremony of Latin American Dances “Salsa Nights Awards” (Moscow, “salsa Union” Promotion Group).
In 2006 they received Gratifying Letter for Contribution to Development of Social Life of Krasnodar from Municipal Administration and Krasnodar City Duma.

The main priorities of the leaders of “Salsa Kubana” Dance Club:

1) Club is a family! Big, strong, united!

2) Mutual respect, confidence, openness is the basic principles of each member of our Club!
 
3) Salsa is perfect way of recreation, communication plus and physical and spiritual development!!!
   
Oksana and Dmitry pay much attention to competent performance and keeping traditions of Cuban salsa. Toward this end they organize seminars with the best instructors, invite DJs who play salsa casino, go to congresses and festivals together with members of the Club, play great role in the life of salsa movement in Russia.  

Even now “Salsa Kubana” has become one of the leading clubs dancing salsa casino in Russia. 
This is the result of team-work and creation of managers, instructors and members of the Club!!!
